The monthly service fee for each vacant unit is HK$600 with a maximum charged three months.
Clients who agree with the property management agreement can enjoy the ''All-Round Caring Service'', which supports pre-departure, visa, and living activities. Expenses are reimbursed. Some services are subject to additional charges. Please contact us for details.
